Really simple cooking with Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall featured this on his River Cottage program, ‘Three Good Things’. He would take 3 ingredients and create a tasty meal. In this recipe he uses lamb chops with sweet tomatoes and a little bit of salty feta cheese for an extra tangy flavour.

Though intended as a simple meal with few ingredients, it would work perfectly as something to cook this summer on a barbecue. The tomatoes and feta act as a nice light accompaniment to the lamb. A glass of red would finish it off perfectly!

The only extra thing you will need is the olive oil and seasoning for the chops.
