Today, I’m featuring a video where Mary Berry lovingly creates mincemeat and orange tarts. She makes them with orange flavoured pastry that’s really easy to do. For an extra special mince pie, she adds dried chopped apricots to the mincemeat and tops off each one with grated marzipan.

By the way. Did you notice that great tip she briefly mentioned? She pricks the pastry with a fork so that the bottom doesn’t rise up and push the filling out of the way. It’s little tricks like that which will help you make perfect mincemeat and orange tarts…

    I made 24 of these and stored them in an airtight container but was wondering how long I can keep them out or do they need to be refrigerated until consumed?
