ice-cream

That would be my husband and the deliciousness in the ice cream canister would be my Margarita Ice Cream. As you can see, it was gone before I could take a photo, or really even put it in a cone or bowl. So that photo will just have to suffice. The struggles of a food blogger are real.

Margarita Ice Cream

  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 4 tbsp. tequila
  • 6 tbsp. Grand Mariner
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 cups heavy cream

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a mixer and blend well. Pour into ice cream canister and churn according to manufacturer’s directions using the ice cream rock salt & ice.
